Shipping
Most of the products will be shipped by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Please open the box and inspect right away, and make sure all items are included within the package and there is no visible damage before you sign for the package. If there is any visible damages on the item please refuse if it’s not acceptable, or mentioned shipping damage next to your signature and contact us for further instructions.
Large equipment will be put on pallet and ship by freight. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the tracking number for delivery status. Please contact the freight carrier to confirm delivery appointment (2 hours window) at least 1 day prior to delivery date, and be sure to be available at delivery location during the drop. Freight company WILL charge redelivery and it is the buyer's responsibility to cover the charge if a miss delivery occur.
Please fully inspect the unit before you sign the bill of landing. If there is any visible damage on the merchandise, you may refuse the delivery on arrival. If you chose to sign for a damaged merchandise, please make sure to notify the driver and make a note on the bill that the product was damaged on arrival, and take photos of the damaged cargo while driver is still at sight. If you signed the bill without making any notes on damages, it will be difficult to file a claim in your favor. Hongan does not take part of the mistake later on any damage was to be found.
